The corner of our garage seemed to be sagging and cracks were appearing and growing in the garage slab floor and the driveway. Ken arrived arrived right on time and examined the situation. He checked the house for any other damage and he made several measurements using a special leveling instrument. He clearly understood foundations and repairs in the decomposed granite soil in Albuquerque. He showed us evidence that the problem was not the foundation or floor settling but instead was probably a large tree root uplifting the center of the garage floor and foundation. I called to schedule an estimate for possible foundation issues on an older home. He was very patient with explaining my situation and helping me to understand the many possibilities and routes that could be ahead. I like that he explained things in terms I could understand.
