I called the day my water heater went out. Jesse came to look at it and I needed a new one. They made special arrangements to install a new one that same day. I’m very grateful to Jesse and the other associate who helped him. They did an awesome job at the agreed upon price. I have used them for years and this kind of customer service is why.
Sunday evening my furnace goes out. First thing Monday morning I started calling, R&R said they could come out that afternoon..good, we were freezing to death. The tech came, I told him what I thought was wrong, he confirmed I was correct. He left to go get the part, he called and said several places were out. He found a store that was expecting a shipment Tuesday morning. Fine. He came this morning, installed the part..zip zap was out of here! If he was here a total of 25 mins, (both days) I would be surprised. I asked for a hard copy of the work order said he would have to email it. Chris and his partner installed a new AC unit on my home. They were very respectful and dependable. They did a super job, will be calling them for future jobs and we also highly recommend them.
