I want to give a shout out Nathaniel and Nick with Geomy Pohl for their professionalism from the bidding process all the way through to the finish work. Their entire team even stepped in to help our iron workers get their massive 300 lbs steel posts cut down to fit under the gutters, and helped get them set in place and leveled. If you are needing concrete work done, I would highly recommend GP. Best in town.
You won't find a better concrete contractor. They did stem walls and slabs for my home in Albuquerque and cabin up near Regina NM. I also had them do some beautiful flatwork in my back yard. Their workmanship is top notch. They get busy, so you might have to push a bit to get a quote or schedule, but the wait is worth it.
Geomy Pohl is flat-out excellent at what they do. What an amazing group of people. They recently replaced my back patio and the driveway in my carport. First they had to break out the old concrete, using a Bobcat and hand-held tools, and somehow they did this heavy, destructive labor without damaging anything at all that needed to remain! I was expecting some damage as inevitable, but they were so careful and so skilled that there was no damage. (Special shout-out to the guy so expertly working the Bobcat!)
