First off I would like to say thank you to Charles for helping me out multiple times, he went above and beyond everytime. If you live in Albuquerque and you have a Class A RV/motor home and get into a bind like myself than you'll wanna make sure to give Platinum a call. I have AAA and pay the extra for the RV support, sadly they don't have anyone under contract in the Albuquerque area. After dealing with AAA (for over 4 hrs) trying to locate a provider able to tow my 42ft Fleetwood Bounder they finally decided to go outside of their network and we found Charles with Platinum. Charles came to my rescue and I'll forever be in his debt.Service: Car towing

Our 32 ft RV broke down and AAA had trouble finding a company that could tow it. Finally, they went out of their network and had Platinum Auto tow us. I can not say enough about Charles and his company. He called me to get more information and I told him that AAA was having difficulty finding a place that would work on the RV. He asked a few more questions about what was wrong with the RV and said let him make a phone call. He called back and said he knew a place that was willing to work on it. He then towed us, me, my partner and our dog, to the shop. He was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend using Platinum Towing.Service: Special vehicle towing
