I was so impressed all around with their top notch service. The person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledable and he got a truck right out to haul my wounded vehicle off to Firestone. Anthony arrived and hooked ‘er up and we headed to the shop in less than 5 minutes. Anthony was so personable that I felt like I made a friend immediately. After State Farm had sent out a driver from a different company, and that driver was unable to resolve the tire issue (and also closed out the ticket after leaving my friend and I in limbo with tires deflated due to the first driver not knowing how to use a tire pressure gauge.... attached to the air hose🤦) ....
My friend called Knittles. They were prompt. They were courteous and polite, and apologized for the other company being understaffed.
