“Jay and his team really did a remarkable job overall. They went above and beyond putting in extra time to make sure we were happy before they were all done with the project we hired them for. In addition to the work they had planned on doing, indirectly we had an issue with our old irrigation system severely leaking with no simple way to shut it off except at the street. Instead of just leaving me to deal with it, Jay was able to get one of his technicians to come out within 30 minutes to take a look and work to get it resolved so we could at least turn the water back on that afternoon.
