After I came to my senses and canceled my 17k sliding glass door replacement in less then 24 hours, the sales rep had the audacity to call me and demand a “tip” for his time and gas money!!

Everyone knows Pella has a good product, but getting it installed is a huge challenge. We were told 6-8 weeks that was in April. They called us today to schedule installation in another 10-12 weeks.

My windows and door have now been installed. They look beautiful. I was surprised that the installer didn't make sure that the back porch door lock locked properly. My partner had to get the bolt to align with the strike so the door would lock. In essense, my airbnb was not locked for two weeks while not in use. This is not good.

Have called them several times to order a screen for our sliding glass door, and to no avail have not received a return call. I guess my small purchase is not worth there effort or my money is not green enough. Not happy 😡 with this company

This company has not stopped sending harassing phone calls after I’ve asked them to stop calling me and soliciting their services . It’s almost 8:30 pm and I’ve already had 2 callers today that I asked to stop calling now a 3rd. I won’t do business alone just for the overwhelming soliciting phone calls, super unprofessional!

I'm giving Pella a 5 star because even though it took a while to get the correct screen door, they came through in the end. Chris took over the problem I was having and kept ne informed through it all. The installer, Eli, was professional and very kind. What a team, Chris and Eli! I will recommend Pella for their customer service and the ability to make things right

9/25/2025 called for new construction appt. I called on a Thursday during “business hours”. On EVERY SINGLE PHONE OPTION I chose (In hope that a Pella person would answer) cited a different holiday and as the reason that they are not answering their phones- option one said we are closed due to Memorial Day. Option two said it was Independence Day option three said it was closed due to Labor Day …Maybe this business is having a crisis at the moment… not a good first impression. IF I have to write this review it means there was NO SERVICE to be had professional or not…no one answers you back…how does Pella pick & choose to “provide outstanding service” to when no one answers phones or calls you back?? That being said …. A GOOD window business is needed in Albuquerque if anyone is interested.

We chose to work with Pella Windows because of our outstanding sales representative, Tonya Gonzales. She has been wonderful to work with and clearly takes pride in what she does. My wife and I truly appreciate how caring and professional she has been throughout this entire process. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Tonya and Pella Windows in the future. I highly recommend working with Tonya if you’re looking for someone who genuinely has your best interests at heart. She’s amazing!

9/8/25: Requested a quote, set an appointment, rep cancelled the appointment because she was feeling ill, rep called a week later to reschedule the appointment, rep didn't show up to the appointment, no call/no notice. If the sales person doesn't show, what will the rest of the process be like?
Update 9/11/25: Ben from Pella called to talk through what happened. He was extremely professional, apologized for the experience, and offered to help in anyway he could. We have moved forward with a different vendor, but feel it necessary to update this review with Pella's professional and courteous attempt to make things right.
