I had the worst experience happen to me. My computer was locked by Microsoft called Bitlocker. I called an established computer business who I had done business with for help. They could not help me over the phone. I went in and they tried to help but could not recover the key to unlock my computer. I came home and tried everything again, to no avail. I searched online and found PC Fixer Upper. I explained what was going and he confirmed he knew what I was talking about. I went in and much to my amazement he was able to recover the key. Rafal is a kind, honest, and competent person. My family never takes computers to get repaired for fear of having our data compromised. However, with kids headed to college soon, we were in desperate need of finding a computer repair place for their two laptops. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a try and was pleased I did! He was so knowledgeable of the issues each laptop had and was able to repair them swiftly and inexpensively!
