I am new to the Albuquerque area and had an emergent need with my Dell laptop. I contacted PC Experts and spoke with Vu. I delivered my computer to him late Thursday evening and explained that my profile had been taken over by another entity. Within 24 hours, Vu did a sweep for viruses, located my profile and had my computer ready for pick up as promised. I will definitely return and have complete trust in Vu.

Just bought a pc today, staff and owner went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I have a 6 month warranty and I will definitely buy another pc in the future. These guys are awesome!

In the last 5 years I have brought in 3 computers to have serviced or repaired.We keep coming back because I am just amazed at how fast I get an answer, how fast I get results, and how reasonable I feel the prices are.This month we purchased a custom gaming computer that PC Expert built for us. WHAT AN AMAZING PRICE FOR THIS GAMING MACHINE!And it was finished not only on time, but early.One of the computers I brought in a few years ago really was beyond repair and PC expert was able to sell me an upgraded amazingly upgraded refurbished computer for far less than it would've cost for me to repair the computer that I brought into them.I have referred more friends to bring...read full review
