I was suffering with a lot of health issues for 10 years before I found Functional Medicine center in January. In and out of the ER for symptoms, in lots of pain. Since I've started the program I've felt some much better. A lot of my symptoms are a lot better. I'm only improving as the months go on. This is the best decision I've made regarding my health. I highly suggest taking the chance and making the appointment. Stick to the program be patient and you'll notice a difference! I know I do.
I started seeing Dr. Johnson for anxiety, depression, brain fog and trouble sleeping and the improvement I’ve experienced has been amazing. I completed two programs with Dr. Johnson and feel so much better overall. My anxiety has improved significantly, my depression is nearly gone, and I’m finally sleeping and functioning better again.
One of the things I appreciated most was being able to do detailed blood work and actually get answers about how my body was functioning instead of just masking symptoms. During my experience with Dr. Johnson I have learned a great deal about diet and how it effects and exacerbates several of my autoimmune symptoms. My symptoms have improved and several have gone away with diet changes and supplements and healing my gut. Its not an easy program, but definitely worth it.
