#1 installed my cooler in 2025 and did a great job. They then replaced the water pump under warranty with another job well done. Later that year they came back and closed the cooler for winter and checked the furnace before letting me run it for the winter, great job. In May of 2026, they set up my cooler for summer. Kory and Ethan did the install, Nathan did the pump replacement, Kory did the reset for heat, Nathan did the set up for summer 2026. Timely response on all service calls. Having worked in the field in another state and getting several bids the pricing was in line with what I experienced. Chance, Vince and Michael were wonderful to work with. I had notice from PNM regarding my solar and was told to contact 1) an electrician & 2) solar service providers. I did so in that order. The solar people quickly knew that problem was PNM’s meter & their responsibility to fix. Thank goodness. It is now replaced and all is well.
Cory did a great job! we are truly grateful for his skills! Number One Plumbing gave us a great price and an appointment we did not have long to wait for.. I give these guys a huge thumbs up and highly recommend! We will be using their services again.
