Went for a pedicure gel. I didn't have to wait more than 5 min which was great. It took maybe 25 min total. Time to pay and their tipping machine has calculated the percentages wrong. For example 15% off $45 is 6.75 but their machine says it was $8.10 which calculates to 18%. That is not good business to cheat customers that way. In the future i'll calculate my own tip based off the subtotal only. Plus they do charge an additional 3.00 to use a card instead of cash. Hopefully they will fix their machines to calculate the correct percentages.
I had to wait about 10 minutes, I was just getting acrylics, I also wanted a pedicure, but they were pretty busy on an early Saturday. So just nails. (Completely my decision, they could've put me in a massage chair, but i didn't want to wait super long. was able to show a few pictures and the tech, who was lovely, asked for pictures. Unfortunately, I only had complicated inspo pics. So I just went with a simple ombre nail with one accent nail. With my indecisiveness the tech, (very sad I forgot her name, would love to get her again.) Was very understanding. In the end I paid I think around 80 and tipped 15. One nail looks crooked, but it really is my fingers fault....read full review
First time getting a pedicure for myself. My wife suggested it to me because I'm having surgery and noted that it would be difficult bending over. I was very pleased with the service I was given. Nice relaxing spa with many chairs and baths. My feet feel nice now and I will probably return when I need another sometime. Friendly and very efficient, my visit was enjoyable. Thank You
