Very disappointed with this experience! Not only did I have to wait more than 15 mins for a scheduled waxing appointment, but the tech rushed through and did a terrible job. My eyebrows do not match and when I tried to show her the error and where she missed other hairs, she argued with me. Then, she tried to charge me more than prices show on website. I'm done with this place!
I’ve been here a few times for a pedicure and I highly recommend! The staff is excellent, the salon is clean, and the deluxe package is so worth it - paraffin wax and hot stone massage included!
