For once I got 5 star service from a company! Dylan Anderson, the technician with Mr Rooter went above and beyond what any other plumbing company has ever provided me. Dylan spent the time to do the job right and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend Mr Rooter!
Reyes Chávez and his partner Jordan literally saved my house. I bought a house in May that was incomplete disarray and was close to being a total loss. Reyes and Jordan came in and worked with me every step of the way to make sure not only That I was able to fix things as quickly and efficiently as possible, but that I knew what was happening every step of the way. I had tree roots overtaking my plumbing system. Alexander worked hard called in assistance when needed and got the job done. It was a challenge because the house had been added to over nearly 7 decades, and they figured it out
