I hadn't had the carpets cleaned since we bought the house. One of the rooms, smelled of pet urine. I was able to get an appointment with Mr. J without having to wait. He arrived on time and explained to me everything that he was going to do before he started and gave me the price upfront. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product he was using. I plan on using him again.
