Dr. Ortiz and especially his MA Tanya are so great! I had a bunch of paperwork to get done for school and they helped me over and over again until I got it done. So grateful for them!
I've been seeing Lois Moss for the last few years. I have been thrilled by her kind demeanor and thorough approach. Her advice and care has helped me hone in on some ongoing medical concerns. I can usually get in within a week to see her, and even when things are swamped, I never feel rushed. Lois gets 5 stars! Unfortunately I will have to find a new PCP as they no longer take my insurance, which I am genuinely saddened by.The front desk staff has always been fantastic to me (5 stars front desk staff!).. however, this office is BUSY. Doctor Ortiz was very friendly to my son and I. The medical assistants treated us very well. Glad to have chosen this establishment as my primary care. Will definitely be reccomending this practice to others.
