Emma is amazing! She pays attention to the detail and even makes suggestions on things she thinks I would like, which I love! She is the sweetest person! So kind and the whole experience is great! She is very knowledgeable and always does the BEST job! I could not recommend her more!

Received the absolute worst highlights and haircut from Nayeli. Not to mention she was unprofessional. She was on her phone way to much and seems like all the women who work there like to gossip. Owner is rude and refuses to make things right.
I would stay clearway from this business.

I am Mariam’s mother. My daughter’s review was about her real experience with Emma, which happened a while ago. Just because she chose to post it now doesn’t make it any less valid. What’s truly unprofessional is Karen Dawson, Emma’s mother jumping in to attack her personally here on google reviews instead of letting customers share their experiences. That kind of behavior proves exactly the point my daughter made about rudeness. A business that can’t handle honest criticism has bigger issues than reviews.

Emma and Nayeli are FANTASTIC. Incredibly talented. I’ve never had any issues. In fact, if you want to be sure that they know exactly what you want, you can go in for a consult prior to booking your appointment. Even at your appointment, they ask for photos to be sure they understand what you want and everyone is on the same page.
Both women are honest in their opinions of how a style will look with your specific face shape.
LOVE them both. I’ve seen Emma for 6 years now, and now that she’s on leave, I’ve been seeing Nayeli regularly and have never been disappointed.
I know for a fact that if I wasn’t happy with my style or the color, they’d do everything in their power to fix it right away.
Could not recommend them enough!

The review below from Mariamkh is complete nonsense. Emma has been on leave since May - !not working! and neither she nor the owner know or have interacted with this person. They are both talented and wonderful hair stylists who are loved by clients, and care very much about the quality of service they provide.

Just take a look at the string of google reviews by this Maraimkh. They leave the same one star, bad review for so many businesses! I’d say it’s a Mariam problem 🤔

Don’t go to Emma! She’s the worst, messed up my hair color and charged me double the price for fixing it. Still didn’t come out like I wanted. On top of that, she had an attitude about it as if it was my fault! The owner is the rudest.

M and Company is a gem in the city. Mary is a talented colorist and stylist. Highly recommend this salon.

Worst highlights in 40 years. I would not recommend Naellie. Called the salon to give them opportunity to correct the problem and never received a call back. If I could add a picture I would.
