WHOOOOOAAAA gosh, guys, my family and our Toyota Sequoia & 34ft travel trailer got REAL stuck on Juan Tomas Rd (forest road). It was just way too muddy (and we shouldn’t have gotten ourselves there in the first place BTW) and I was starting to get very nervous. We did all we could on our own and then called Knittle’s Towing. Gene came to our rescue and the crazy incline and mud/snow/sludge was no problem for our good guy, Gene and his towing truck. 😅 Phew! Gene was super kind and took it all in with an easy attitude which put me at ease. 🙏🙏🙏

My son and I had a very fortunate experience with Knittles Towing Service in Albuquerque, NM early (2:00 am) Sunday morning on 14 December 2025. We were traveling with a 16 foot rental truck and towing a trailer with a car onboard. Our truck's trailer hitch got high-centered in the sloping parking lot of the hotel we were staying at. We called our truck rental road service number for assistance and they promptly dispatched Knittles. Our wait time was less than an hour. By 3:15 am our problem was corrected and we were good to go on our way later that morning.

I was transporting an RV and parked it to get some rest — apparently the universe decided I needed some extra stress as the gas station manager had it towed (despite approval to leave it there). Live and learn won't happen again.
Thankfully, Knittles Towing (and especially Patrick!) turned what could’ve been a total headache into a surprisingly painless experience. Patrick was kind, sympathetic, and honestly just a decent human being in a stressful moment. They took it easy on me and handled everything professionally.
Highly recommend — these folks have heart and tow-tally saved the day.
