I contacted John Mark and he was extremely informative and helpful in my process of building, Its rare to find someone in this industry that's honest and willing to help. John took about an hour to explain the process to me and give me alternative ideas and made suggestions to try and make the process easier. I would absolutely advise/use him as a builder moving forward and suggest him to anyway who is looking.

I can't say enough how happy I am my husband and I choose to go with John Mark Custom Homes for our new build. I have truly appreciated every detail and the time and effort he has put into our home. Building a home can be so frustrating and scary at times, and John makes this process fun. He also has a amazing girlfriend Christy who helps with all the minor details and helps you pick out the fun details that make a home.
