I love High Point Sports and Wellness! I have been working out here on and off for years. They have the best pool in the city and a lovely location. The only issue for me is that they don't have lifeguards anymore and it just makes the pool area a little less calming.
Sports & Wellness is a delightful space to create a self care environmentThe staff is courteous and helpfulThe amenities are splendid such as towels, shower with lovely shampoo, etc. And hair dryers.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It’s way more than just a gym! It’s your all in one full body workout complex! They’ve got multiple weight rooms with both machines and free weights, treadmills and elliptical machines on two different levels, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, dry sauna, 3 indoor racket ball courts, outdoor pickleball and so many tennis courts, spin room, yoga/pilates/dance style studio, an huge selection of personal trainers who specialize in many different types of workouts and regiments all are certified!
