Visiting Albuquerque and our laptop stopped working. Dmitriy arrived less than hour after we called and the problem was fixed by day’s end. He was professional, timely and courteous with no unjustified upsell. We highly recommend his services and will be using him for home security service installation in the future.
Had computer issues that I needed solved ASAP. Every other place in Albuquerque that I called said it would take at least two days for the diagnosis and then at least one or two additional days to fix. HelpTek fixed my computer within a few hours of me calling them. Amazing service!
