Amy is simply the best. Started with her a few years back with a slipped disc and her knowledge of her craft is remarkable. She has been a huge part of me getting back to doing a lot of the activities that I love. She knows her stuff and is very in tune with your needs for recovery of an injury or just better health.
Misty is amazing! She listened to me and my body, was the best massage I've ever had! She was kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. I can't thank you enough! I'm now set up for a routine to take care of myself! You are awesome Misty!
