I came to Dr. Rod with constant severe back pain some mornings I could barely move, and my posture was completely off. After my first adjustment, I was already standing straighter.
With consistent care and the exercises he gave me, my pain has improved, my posture is better, and I have more range of motion. Plus, I feel more educated now because Dr. Rod takes the time to break down concerns and ways to improve. It’s been a huge relief to feel normal again and keep up with my wife and four kids.
