Probably the best experience I've had at a great clips, and it almost didn't happen. There was a wait of over an hour with 9 people on the board ahead of us. The first person we spoke with said it would realistically be 45 minutes to an hour. We decided we were going to leave and that's when Milagro intervened. None of the people ahead of us were actually in the building or checked in waiting in their vehicles and she informed us that she could get to us next as long as nobody on the list came in. 5 minutes later Milagro was cutting my hair. She was able to cut both my hair and my Grandsons hair in about 20 minutes. Thanks Milagro!!!

Hello. Just wanted to update this review. Denise The GM and Teresa The Manager both called me and were FANTASTIC! Now I had a bad experience with a hairdresser over at Ventana Ranch. But I saw that they really do care about there customers. 6 stars for them. Denise and Teresa went above and beyond to make me happy. WOW! Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
