As a fairly new home owner I called Goodrich to get an inspection and idea of our roofs (old houses) condition. Chris came out within 24hrs and gave a price breakdown, damage dates for insurance and step by step on what to expect with contacting insurance to submit. It was really relieving as I felt we weren’t being sold anything, but given options if we wanted to go for a full replacement vs repair. Once my insurance was involved Chris updated us everytime they contacted him. I felt like we knew what was going on. Six years after Goodrich did an excellent job of replacing our roof we changed the home heating and cooling system, rendering the swamp cooler redundant. Goodrich disconnected and hauled away the unit and patched the penetration so well it’s hard to tell where it was to begin with.
