I was confronted by someone who identified herself as the owner’s wife after parking in what appears to be a public parking lot for roughly 30 minutes. This occurred after business hours, the lot was completely empty, and there is no signage indicating private or restricted parking.

When I returned to my vehicle, she had intentionally parked in front of it, shouted at me, and made threatening remarks in front of my children. This behavior was aggressive, inappropriate, and alarming.
