Alberta was helpful and patient throughout the process of making arrangements. She helped clarify thoughts. Everything was with my husband's passing was handled with concern and care for me. The irwing was beautifully set up and everyone so kind. There was a follow up by phone to check on what things I needed to do and information to facilitate that.
French Mortuary gets 5+ Stars! Very sensitive time was made easier with thoughtfulness of Antonio and all the staff. Saying goodbye to a loved one for the last time has got to be the most difficult thing anyone can do.
The staff asked personal preference , colors, music ….. Returned phone calls , offered to run errand. And They have AfterCare Follow Up. I almost dismissed it but am so glad I didn’t. Amazing to have a resource to help with the after funeral details.
