Mortuary was beautiful. When we first arrived, Bennett helped us and made everything sound great and made us feel so welcome and at ease. Well at our second and remaining visits, not so much. Glenda was horrible with communication. Told us she would call when things happened. She'd call when things were complete. We had to call our got information from other sources. Families are expecting better communication if you're telling them you're going to do it. Then we were told one thing, and later they changed it.

Wonderful experience, even in the midst of a difficult situation of a loved one's death. Daniel's Funeral Home was outstanding in every way! Bennett and the entire staff (Tomas, Rosio, and others) were highly professional, compassionate and accommodating to our myriad of requests. From our first phone contact, they were friendly and most gracious. We were on a time constraint, (as we had church family and friends flying in from 9 states and needed to disseminate information for their flight arrangements to NM). I had tried to deal with a competitor to Daniels who I felt gave me dodgy answers to some straight forward questions. I called Danielsand talked with John. What a breath of fresh air. John answered every question, and understood our situation perfectly. They did everything that they said they would do.
