I am extremely thankful for Lucia and the entire Daniels Family Funerals & Cremation at the Wyoming location. The entire process was one of care and respect for taking care of our mother. In fact, that process began a number of years ago when we learned about a policy that Mom had purchased from Dana. Although I am naturally suspicious about any insurance policy this turned out to be a blessing! When we found out about the policy, Dana, the person who sold the policy years ago and was still at the same location, was more than willing to go over everything in the policy and that was a tremendous help. Wonderful experience with Daniels Family Funeral. Service was outstanding from the time of pre-planing to cremation. Glenda was a great arranger and she planned the entire process within a reasonable time frame and it went smoothly for our family.

Mortuary was beautiful. When we first arrived, Bennett helped us and made everything sound great and made us feel so welcome and at ease. Well at our second and remaining visits, not so much. Glenda was horrible with communication. Told us she would call when things happened. She'd call when things were complete. We had to call our got information from other sources. Families are expecting better communication if you're telling them you're going to do it. Then we were told one thing, and later they changed it.
