Thomas has been working on restoring our home after a remodel with another builder went horribly wrong. He is VERY detailed, particular and treats our home like it is his own. Some of the projects we need done are a little involved and larger and he has another person he works with, Don, who is just as wonderful as Thomas. I feel lucky to have found him after the nightmare we went through.
I live in a townhouse that was extensively remodeled 25 years ago and which included a second story balcony deck constructed of wood which deteriorated extensively over time, given the dry desert climate and the sun shining daily on 'microwave high'.
Thomas undertook the project, recommending and using a lovely composite material and doing exacting construction with it. This included building a substantial frame after removing the badly deteriorated wooden substrate supporting the previous wooden deck.
