The staff is wonderful. My daughter was comfortable for her whole visit and everyone there addressed her as well as myself, and it is greatly appreciated that she is part of the conversations and I’m not the one they just ask questions to. The techs were kind and patient with my daughter and Dr.Fitch was efficient and joked around with my daughter too. Thank you for a great visit! Would recommend this office to anyone.

One of the easiest and most pleasant medical appointments I've ever experienced! Reception staff was very efficient even though I arrived 40 minutes early expecting to fill out tons of paperwork as a first time visitor, but since I had pre-registered online, check-in took less than two minutes. I expected to wait until my scheduled time, but was seen 30 minutes early by extremely thorough, pleasant and informative techs and doctor. Check-out was again very smooth, lasting about 30 seconds since Dr. Allen and I had already discussed follow-up care and tentative scheduling for interoccular lens replacement. Since I changed my medical plan..this place has been the best. I can't stress hard enough how much this facility and faculty helped me with vision correction. My doctor's were amazing. Quick and informative. But I have a favorite in this place and she works in the shop. Her name is Amor Rubalcaba. And her team of sweethearts just keep me coming in with confidence! She was amazing on my first visit. When my glasses were snapped she was excited to see everyone in her line and just got down to business. Keep her and give her a raise. Excellent business. I wish I could rate and say more.
