From the first conversation I had with Mike and then Neil regarding my failing evaporative cooler and the fear of having to replace the unit to feeling confident that I was working with a company with values, honesty and they genuinely cared about my situation. The technician arrived and I explained to him that I was hopeful that he could "save" my AC because purchasing a whole new unit was not in the budget. We went up on the roof together and he showed me some of the issues, and then he provided solutions. He was able to get my AC up and running. YES! Furnace went out on a Sunday and I have an elderly father living with me so I can't let house go cold for too long. Monday a.m. I call Donner and Neill has Joseph out by 930am and the Furnace is repaired and running before noon. The receptionist, Neill, and Joseph all very professional. The repairs are warrantied. Didn't research how competitive their rates are but it didn't matter because time was of the essence and it was a very good experience. Will likely use them again.
