Excellent overall experience & customer satisfaction! I cannot say enough good things about Joseph & his wife Nikelwa. I booked a last minute appointment a week before my wedding... I spoke with Nikelwa on the phone and Joseph changed up his schedule and even came in on his day off to make it happen for a trim, shave, and haircut for my best man and myself. They went above and beyond to make it an Experience not just a haircut. We had cocktails and great conversations with a complimentary style the morning of our wedding. I am very picky, so please do not take these compliments lightly. I was a guest in the hotel and needed a haircut. I walked by and asked if he could fit me in, Joseph moved some things around to accommodate me.Best looking haircut I have ever had and I stepped out of the chair without a hair on my neck or in my shirt and was able to go straight back to my day looking great. This was done without ever cutting my hair before. Wish this salon was in my home city.

I booked with Joseph for a men's cut and wax (note: I don't wax) Firstly, the environment is first class with an industrial, new mexican, modern vibe. I was greeted by Joseph's wife (secretary) she is absolutely sweet and offered me a refreshment (beer, soda, or water). Then Joseph introduced himself and immediately I felt I was talking with a professional. He examined my hair and asked questions to determine how to proceed - next level. He is polite, funny, and down to earth, which makes the time fly by - real cool dude! FYI: All his products smell and feel amazing ? ✨️.
