Service was great they patiently showed us multiple rugs. Even rolled out the largest rugs so we could see them even thought we had no intention of purchasing. We purchased a rug they rolled it up, wrapped it up and put it in our vehicle and as I was walking out, I found a rug I liked better and they started the whole process over. The quality of the rug is beautiful. Plush and soft.
