Truly excellent massage. I got a 90-minute deep-tissue massage from Ashley and it was incredible—perhaps the firmest pressure I've ever experienced during a treatment. She was super intuitive but also checked in at appropriate intervals to ask about pressure, etc. Felt like a new human when I left!
The Body Tuneup spaces are peaceful and welcoming. I see Ashley monthly. She is very knowledgeable, researches the best ways to help clients, and works well with me. I also saw Shayne for many years, who is also very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
