The owner is always alone without assistance and we owned 40ur dogs one is a big boxer rot mix very friendly and never get to take her in to get any service because she has no help also the lady never answers her phone hours says open till 5pm went in yesterday and she was closed no sign saying when she would return also voicemail is always full so bad business when you can't take time to return clients pH calls so plz fix this issue with gas prices so high I can't afford to waist gas driving to a business that has false information saying open till 5pm when clearly hours vary. she does do a good job but never open.

Yvonne did a wonderful job with my very skid-dish little girl, unfortunately I’ve been trying to make an appointment to get her groomed again and I can’t get anyone to answer or return my calls. I’ll be finding another groomer. I like to keep it local.
