I read the poor reviews before I came but since I was just removing acrylics and getting a manicure and gel polish for my real nails I figured I would give it a try. So one thing I appreciated was when I walked in on a Saturday without an appointment and they were busy they asked if I could come back and gave me a time and wrote my name down. So when I came back they honored that time and skipped me ahead of someone who got there before me. I also noticed they did turn someone away who came in when they were busy with everyone having a customer instead of making people wait a long time. It was also getting close to closing time. I am so so happy I found this place. And I'm so so sad I didn't go before! It is so close to my house! First of all, they got me in on a Saturday last minute. Second, it is super clean & the overall energy is super calm. The workers were talking, but they were like joking around & laughing a lot. They were so concerned for my comfort, even providing pillows for my arm so it wouldn't get tired when she was sculpting my nails. My pedicure was so enjoyable.the gentleman took great care, then massaged my legs so well. It was heaven! The woman who did my nails was so thorough &:precise, & took wonderful care at every step. Great experience! Went in a little later with my niece for a full set for her and a Pedi for me. Didn't realize she wanted an elaborate nail design. My Pedi was amazing and relaxing, and I even got a lotion packet to take home. My niece's nail design took almost an extra hour and we were never made to feel rushed. The nail artist was patient and so detailed adding flowers and jewels to each nail while her coworker thoroughly cleaned the salon. I was so impressed with ever part of our services, the friendliness of the nail artists, and cleanliness of the salon.Services: Foot massages
