I first used Bear Carpet for cleaning my expensive oriental wool large area rug. They picked up the rug and brought it back a few days later, looking almost like brand new. I had given up on carpet cleaning companies for my house because none of them cleaned the carpets better than I could do it myself with a rented cleaner. But after the rug cam back looking so good I gave them a try on my carpets and I was completely happy with the job they did. Very professional and friendly. They even got rid of the cat urine smell two areas that the cat had accidents on! I have used them 3 times now and never been disappointed.
