Excellent experience using ThoroClean. Quick and easy to communicate and get scheduled for a carpet cleaning. Jacob and Victor arrived on time and gave me a call ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly, communicated the service they would provide before they began and did an excellent job. We have 3 dogs that aren’t easy on our carpet and I was shocked at how well the carpets and rug came out after they were done with the cleaning. Highly recommend this company.

Jacob and Victor were professional and efficient...getting 1500 sq ft of carpet cleaned and looking like new in an hours time! And Tom was most helpful and nice on the phone when I inquired about services, fees, and scheduling. Thank you, ThoroClean!

I called last week desperately trying to find a company that services Socorro and to my surprise I found my miracle! There was a fee for coming all the way here but it was well worth it. They got us on the schedule immediately which was amazing. The two gentlemen who showed up (JACOB and VICTOR) were super nice and friendly. Took time to explain everything to us and then got to work. They had me check everything over to make sure we were happy...there was one spot I asked them to hit again and they were happy to do it.
