Contracted ThoroClean to reclean carpets done by another company. Jacob and Victor did an outstanding job. They were courteous and professional. They removed stains the other company claimed could not be removed and also removed the excess soap left in the carpet and an area rug.

Devin and Nate went above and beyond! I had a tough job for them but they didn't give up. They ended up going over the trouble spots multiple times, until they were satisfied. I didn't think it could ever look so good! They were very respectful of me and my property, incredibly quick (even with the extra cleaning), and had great attention to detail. I would have them back again any time. Thank you Devin and Nate!
