I just had my first visit at Bear Canyon Family Dentistry. The front desk gentleman was polite and professional. Jane, my dental assistant, was great! She kept checking in during my cleaning to make sure I was doing okay. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and personable. She explained where I had tartar issues and also gave me positive feedback as to my hygiene habits. The dentist who did the final exam ( I don't remember his name - young) was also knowledgeable and personable. I have my 6-month routine dental appt already scheduled and am looking forward to continuing service with this office.

The hygienist Jonathan was the best I’ve ever seen I have major anxiety at the dentist and he knew how to speak and explain things so that I felt at ease. Also he was thorough - felt all smooth and clean teeth and not painfulAll the other staff I interacted with were so kind - this is my new location for dental needs!

Outstanding customer service from everyone in the office. They work exceptionally well together, backing each other up. Dr. Willow was very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and confident continuing to see them for all my dental needs.
