I found Arlianne after trying other PTs for a chronic injury related to long-distance running. I had a great experience, and it is worth it to not have to deal with insurance. I was able to bring up new issues as my sessions progressed, and also got new exercises every session to do at home. This helped things stay fresh and feel like I was progressing in my recovery.
I would recommend Artistry in Motion to anyone! Arlianne’s knowledge and ability to explain things in layman’s terms are second to none. I cannot be more pleased with Artestry in Motion. As an athlete and someone that loves movement complexity, I have found a new home here (even when remote).
I have gone through dozens of PTs and have had marginal successes that somehow were not sustainable.
The commitment and expert care I have received here has been a paradigm shift for me. Lasting results that I did not believe were possible.
I am feeling like a million bucks and I am proud to call them my new family.

I had emergency spine surgery about a year ago and came to Arlianne to help me recover.
I was seen by Arlianne for at least 8 months. With her guidance I was able to make a full recovery. When I had my 1 year post operation appointment the surgeon said it was a miracle how much I recovered, but believe its the hard work that Arlianne and I did.
