Great people, very reasonable, and true to their word on the price. I think i talked to Randy, he had amazing customer service skills it was like talking to a friend. I had gas leak but ended up being the oven itself. The company charged for just the service call because it took them minutes to find out what was wrong . Most companies will charge you like $300 just to test for a leak not these guys .

I called my home warranty company HWA to report that my evaporative cooler wasn't working and they assigned me to Ashcraft Mechanical. After performing a quick Google search for the company and saw the sole review they had, which was on Yelp with 1 star. To say the least I wasn't too enthusiastic about using them and decided to call the home warranty company to have another company assigned to assist us.
