Our previous company left us without a working swamp cooler for a week with temperatures in excess of 90 degrees. Air Care NM got our system up and working great. They were to our house within 48 hours of our call. Nick was courteous, thorough and responsive. He's made us want to sign an annual care agreement with Air Care NM.
I live in the east mountains and arranged for a service call. I was told between 8 and 9 and figured 10 at the earliest. Carl was here at 8. Everything went well and he was out at 9. I am impressed.
