This place has more patients than it can handle. Patients are just a number. Get your allergy test and wait 3 weeks to get the results. Unable to get medical records. Said I had to wait up to 30 days. Everything these days is electronic why the delay? Mismanaged to say the least.
I love that the shot clinic is walk in making it seamless and painless when things in life pop up changing your schedule. Communication is great. You can call or text and I have always been responded to within 24 hours. Office staff always explain insurance, payments, and appointment information clearly and thoroughly.
I arrived at the clinic at 11:30 am and when I tried to check in the kiosk they had already closed EARLY. They had 2 patients sitting there waiting for their shot but they cut me off. The staff and front desk are extremely rude. They actually enjoyed turning me away. We're a captive audience because they have our vials, so we can't take our vials to another provider. They get away with treating people this way with no percussions. They are terrible people.
