After being canceled on twice by another pumping company. I called AAA and spoke with Amber who got me on the schedule, ASAP. She was very pleasant to work with and very empathetic about my frustrations. David the tech that was sent out was very pleasant to work with as well, he called to inform how many minutes that his GPS was showing for his arrival. He called once he arrived so that I could inform my daughter that he was there. He called when the job was completed and informed me that because of the enzymes that is used monthly to keep the septic system healthy it was easy to clean. AAA Pumping has provided the porta-potties for our youth soccer events for a number of years now. They are friendly, easy to work with, fairly priced, and absolutely dependable. Highly recommended!
