Dealt with other hvac companies in town but these guys are hands down, the most professional and knowledgeable people in the business. Shout out to Nate and Benjamin for going above and beyond to ensure my family was nice and cool. They did in one day what other companies haven't figured out over the course of several years. Highly recommend these pros.
First time calling this company out for a pre-season inspection and everything went phenomenal! The HVAC Tech was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain multiple parts within my unit. I will call them again in the future! Keep up the good work!
Nothing strikes panic in your heart more than your a/c dying in a 100° heatwave. But MGS Refrigeration Heating & Cooling actually answered the phone at 8 p.m. last night, and was here within 20 minutes. Larry was great, very friendly, and explained everything. I got the senior discount (they offer military discounts too). Guess it pays to be 63. Haha! $125.00 was reasonable and well-warranted for a late-night call. Thank you MGS.
