I’ve been back at Showtime Fitness for 18 months but, I started back in 2016 and the trainers are the best in the business. I had never lifted any weights or was considered an athlete in life. I was just an ordinary person with extremely bad habits and no sense of discipline and consistency.
Cristian and Celine have instilled the importance of discipline, routine, and consistency. The game changer was definitely learning about nutrition through a meal plan tailored to my goals and physique.

I have been on my fitness journey for about 12 years now. I have had some highs and lots of lows. Ultimately, I found my way to Showtime Fitness. They welcomed me with open arm and got right to work, figuring out what needed to be done for me to morph into the best version of myself. They have been firm, but patient with me over the past 3 years while I (slowly) applied their teachings to my daily life. With their help, I feel like I now have the best chance that I ever have to meet my fitness goal. It is just a matter of time now. I have never felt as welcome at a gym as I do here. If you’re looking for a gym with trainers who customize a plan to fit your needs… trainers who encourage and push you to do your best (but will also hold you accountable)… a gym where you become apart of a family and everyone claps for your achievements… you honestly don’t need to look any further, Showtime is where it’s at!
