Seems like every poor review I’ve read here is about the same thing, wait time.. Which is understandably annoying. Want to know what’s more annoying? Being told when you’re sick the earliest appointment available is 3 weeks away. That is never an issue with Dr K. She will tell you to come in that very day! That kind of commitment, I imagine can lead to possible double or triple bookings, but guess what? I go home that day with an answer, meds, and a follow up appointment that’s within the WEEK! So yah you may have to wait a little longer, but you won’t find that kind of same day PCP care anywhere. Also did I mention she is amazing?

WHEN Dr. Kaye is there, the staff is relatively civil, at best! When the doctor is out on one of what seems to be numerous vacations, the staff becomes downright rude and dismissive! Searching for better care!!

Had to schedule my dependent a quick check up and they got me in the very next day. After getting checked in, despite being very busy, we only waited 30 minutes and were brought back to our room. Not even 5 minutes later Dr. Kay came in and took care of us! Fast service and friendly staff.
