I have been with Fillmore for about 13 years. Dr. Hicks was my first doctor, then Boyle and now Dr Fillmore. He just did my eyelid lift surgery. He and his staff are so caring. I love them, wouldn't want to go to anyone else.

Surgery center and Dr. Spendlove are amazing. Caring, informative, professional.
Billing, however, sucks. Trying to talk to someone about a billing error. Left messages three days in a row. They cannot be bothered to return a call. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Spendlove is "the best". Wait times are terrible for some. The written notices of "two to three hours of waiting after check-in.....not acceptable for most , I imagine. My most recent experience was not that way, thank the LORD! Shortage of Physicians?...or Management "issues? Sounds like it........... read full review
