“Customer Service is always excellent. They are very helpful. They were very busy but they acknowledged me. The Manager greeted everyone thats coming in. Yes! Doctors Appointment is booked, but anywhere you go in this town are booked for few months already. Opticians are very helpful all the time. They always go above and beyond, they explained that their Doctor dont take vision insurance, but they do accept outside prescription. I will definitely come back to order glasses, and i will get another backup glasses just in case i break my other pair. I don't understand people get upset with this employees, if their problem is getting an appointment for eye exam. It's not their fault that you waited too long to get your eye exam and your glasses is broken. Be better! That's a you problem! get your appointment sooner. You ladies are awesome and doing an amazing job.“
