I love Dr Johnson, he is kind and caring, thorough and professional. Perla, the technician was fantastic! Best eye exam I have ever had and such a sweetheart. I would like to see the counter girls be a little friendlier. But this is a great practice and I am always treated very well by most of the staff.
Didn’t open on time, all the staff was busy getting their morning doughnuts. Once I was called to the back it went ok. It seems that they have a shortage of equipment since several had to share the same item.
Had to wait somewhat sometime for my appointment cause of emergency patients that where ahead of me , so my appointment went over three hours however I was seen and that's important. However the doctor and his staff rushed out towards the end I had questions about my prescription I wasn't done asking the doctor but the staff members ushered me quickly and felt rush. I don't appreciate that as a patient that got there at 220 and left by 540 I think I deserve as all patients little more consideration.
